Exchange and return of good quality goods is made within 7 days of receipt. At the same time, the following should be fully preserved: presentation, consumer properties, equipment, factory labels and checks. Exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality is made within 30 days from the date of receipt, subject to full preservation of the bundle and checks.
